#68 :
perhaps i would post a story which i read just now.
-----
Once upon a time, a ladybird & a caterpillar were good friends.
the caterpillar was then ugly and fat and admired ladybird's beauty.
caterpillar said, "you are so beautiful!"
ladybird was still as modest as before.
it replied with a soft voice, "you will turn beautiful someday"
"continue eating, and eating, you will grow to be as beautiful as me one day"
caterpillar thought it was an insult to it, or even a trap set by the ladybird, so it did not listen to the ladybird.
one day, the caterpillar spun a cocoon and turned out a weak and dull butterfly.
"you stupid ladybird! why didnt you tell me its for own good?"
-----
try to read the moral of this story.
i am thinking,
even if the caterpillar really took the ladybird's advice and evolved to a beautiful and strong butterfly,
instead of saying "thankyou" to the ladybird,
will the butterfly turn to the ladybird and say,
"haha, i am more beautiful than you now! you dull little fellow"
deserve some reflecting.
take a couple of minutes to think about this.
this can make great sense.
